Food, travel and adventure are his passions.

When his is not running his kitchen in the restaurant or kayaking on the arctic ocean he is leading tours. He has worked hard with his team to put the new tours together. After spending many years listening to what customers are looking for we developed great tours for 2020 and 2021.

His specialties are Arctic Coastal Way, working with local farmers for creating authentic experiences for his groups and Greenland. Nik takes all groups, but emphasis on North American and British Tourists.
